Unlike similar products on the market, this series has not just one or two sealing combinations, but four kinds, namely combinations 1, 3, 4, and 5. These combinations can be easily replaced with parts. his share. The difference between the four sealing combinations in the DP Series lies in the type of base material mechanical seal and counter face. However, the functionality and durability of each combination remains the same. This also makes this series quite customable and can be used on a variety of machines.
Combination 1 is suitable for water media up to 80 degrees Celsius. Combination 3 is usually for hot water or oil up to 160 degrees Celsius. Combination 4 is recommended for contaminated water because the machine has been in use for a long time, while combination 5 is suitable for air media and specifically for small DP 06 types.
The Sealing combination itself serves to help extend the life of the swivel joint because it does not require much maintenance. Therefore, when you use the DP Series your company ends up saving more.
